The staff were helpful. They were very good too ensure my stay was comfortable. The hotel's central location made it easy to access various attractions. The room was clean, luxurious, and comfortable. I enjoyed every moment spent in it.

The restaurant felt a little chaotic during dinner. The manager was to be the only one fully engaged.

the room was comfortable and very clean. breakfast was delicious (especially the pastries!). the staff was polite and helpful, attending to my needs promptly. i really appreciated the cute atmosphere.

the gym equipment seemed a bit dated.

I did not get a quiet room. The room was next to a slamming door. That was annoying and woke me up. There was only one hook in the bathroom.

the front desk staff were really helpful. i booked a premium king room garden view. it included a selection of beverages as well as chocolate bars, crisps, and water. the room was spacious.

signage was poor. i found it difficult to navigate the winding hallways and fire doors to my room. better signage would have helped.

a wonderfully romantic escape

heavenly breakfast sweet treat lovely staff complimentary wine

breakfast in bed was heavenly. late checkout was such a treat, there was no rush. the staff were lovely, always smiling and helpful. there was also complimentary wine in the afternoon, a lovely surprise.

The room was a little too warm. The ac could not be adjusted easily.
