the front desk staff were really helpful. i booked a premium king room garden view. it included a selection of beverages as well as chocolate bars, crisps, and water. the room was spacious.

signage was poor. i found it difficult to navigate the winding hallways and fire doors to my room. better signage would have helped.

breakfast in bed was heavenly. late checkout was such a treat, there was no rush. the staff were lovely, always smiling and helpful. there was also complimentary wine in the afternoon, a lovely surprise.
